Elizabeth Jane Hurley (born Elizabeth Jane Hurley) is an English actress, model and the former Hugh Grant girlfriend. She gained fame in the mid 1990s. In 1994 as Grant became the focus of global media attention because of the box office boom of his film Four Weddings and a Funeral Hurley was with him at the premiere of the film in Los Angeles premiere in a plunging black Versace gown, which was pinned together by gold safety pins that earned the media's attention immediately. Hurley is a star in her career but her association with Estee Lauder cosmetics is the most notable. Hurley was commissioned by Estee Lauder as her first model when she was 29. Since 1995, she's been used as a face for the company's products like Sensuous Intuition & Pleasures. Vanessa Kensington was her most famous part as a character in Mike Myers hit spy comedies International Man of Mystery (1997) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me(1999). Hurley currently models and designs the brand's beachwear line. The song was controversial, as critics criticized it for encouraging same-sex relationships and other charged that the song depicted a racy scene which appealed to men's desires for female sexuality. But the mixture of titillation and polished melodicism contributed to the fact that I Kissed a Girl become an instant hit in multiple countries powering the album sales of the Boys (2008). Hot N Cold, Perry's lively and sharply-tongued album that included the song that was its second biggest hit was a hit. The album Perry created herself sold more than three million copies.
